Riverside Medical Group is currently seeking a Full Time Family Medicine Physician or Internal Medicine Physician for Primary Care to join our team at Mathews Medical Center in Mathews, Virginia. Riverside Medical Group is expanding its Primary Care network and recruiting for family or Internal medicine physicians to join our Mathews, Virginia location. Riverside is currently looking for Family Medicine Physician or Internal Medicine Physician for Primary Care to provide comprehensive array of services to include: Routine treatment of acute and chronic conditions Annual Wellness Visits and Physical Exams Treatment and management of diabetes, blood pressure, cholesterol, weight management, and other chronic conditions Age appropriate vaccines and immunizations Well woman exams including birth control Education Doctor of Medicine or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine Certification(s) and License(s) Licensed Medical Doctor – State of Virginia Board Certified or Board Eligible Current DEA Required Meet comprehensive and professional standards Have a current, valid state of Virginia medical license or be eligible for one Have a valid DEA controlled substance registration Must comply with HIPAA rules and regulations Skills Strong oral and written communication skills Collaborative approach with other physicians and providers Strong interpersonal and written communication skills.
