Responsibilities
- Support admissions and entrance into TEF Career Pathways Training (CPT) program contact participants via telephone, in-person, including one-on-one support in Career Pathways Training program, Training EmploymentFund(TEF)sites,online,athealthcarefacilitiesandatotheracademiceventsasneeded
- Manageaspectsof intake and admissions into the Career Pathways Training program,includingbutnotlimitedto thefollowing:facilitating the application for entry into CPT program; assist with the coordination ofallaspectsofprogram intake, registration, and orientation including first level case management and orientation logistics
- Facilitate and provide support for orientations via we binar.Provide input into the development of customized workshops as needed
- Problemsolvesparticipantissuesandchallengesandcase managesituationswithspecialreferencetothe CPT program.
- Refer members to appropriate programs and preparatory areas in TEF
- Enter,collect,andreviewparticipantdata.Analyzegeneralreports.
- GeneratereportsforTrusteesandother stakeholders as needed, ensure participant eligibility and adherence to academic standards
- Performadditionaldutiesandprojectsasassignedby management
- Bachelordegreeineducation,counseling,human/socialservice,healthcareorrelatedfields required
- Minimumtwo(2)yearsexperienceworkinginadulteducation,trainingorworkforcedevelopment required
- IntermediateskilllevelinMicrosoftWord,ExcelandPowerPoint preferred
- Workingknowledgeinhealthcareeducationprograms,adulteducation,and/orlabormanagementtrainingfund’s operation preferred
- Abilitytomaintainstrongrelationshipswithstaffandall stakeholders
- Understandingoftrainingorworkforcedevelopmentprinciples,bestpracticesincasemanagement,coachingand educational/career pathways
- Abilitytomaintainconfidentialinformationandhandlesensitive issues
- Excellentverbalandwrittencommunication skills
