1776 is expanding and would like to add a full time Client Care manager to our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in senior care.
Many of the seniors we help are veterans and fought for our freedom now it is our turn to take care of them.Qualifications
- High School Graduate
- One year of customer service experience preferred
- One year of supervisory experience preferred
- Exceptional time management and organizational skills required
- Flexible availability (evenings and weekends)
- Must be able to work independent and within a team environment
- Owner
- Review roster of active caregivers and clients
- Create and maintain weekly schedule for QA related activities
- Maintain accurate documentation
- Collaborate with Nursing and Coordination Departments when applicable
- Maintain communication with Marketing / Business Development team to optimize On-site visit schedule
- Create and submit weekly client and caregiver status reports to Management/Ownership
- Notify Management and Coordination team of change in a client’s or caregiver’s status
- Participate in the “on-call” when scheduled
- Maintain QA on-call log
- Assist in the marketing / business development process of the agency
- Show respect for the opinion of others
- Maintain confidentiality
- Utilize time effectively and maintain consistent productivity
- Comply with attendance, absence notification, and punctuality standards
- Maintain professional appearance and communication
- Read and comprehend all notices, communications, and policies and procedures
