Roles and Responsibilities: · Candidate must be proficient in the use of automated systems such as Enterprise Logistics Management System (ELMS), Auto-Scan Tracking System (ASTS), Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment (PIEE), Information Systems Security Program (ISSP), Army Enterprise Systems Integration Program (AESIP), Logistics Modernization Program (LMP), and Global Combat Support System-Army (GCSS-A) Logistics Modernization Program (LMP · Candidate must be able to work independently, supporting any of the following: the functional, personnel, documentation, logistical and/or financial aspects of an acquisition program.5-10 bullets · Meticulous attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a thorough understanding of Army regulations and procedures related to property management. This includes cataloging/provisioning, inventory management, and property accountability. · Skill compilation must be diverse and able to fill other roles as needed. Excellent teamwork and communication skills are required. · Must be able to perform the daily system of record requirements and execute the correct transactions to support the Item Managers/Property Custodians’ request. · Conduct reviews, verification & validations of Government Furnished Property/Equipment (GFE/GFP) Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL) IAW Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 52.245-1 and AR 710-4 using Data Item Description (DID) DI-MGMT-80441D. · Ensure adherence to applicable Army regulations governing property management including AR 710-4 (Inventory Management Asset Transaction Reporting System), DA PAM 708-2 (Cataloging Supplies Equipment Supply Policy Below National Level), and MIL-STD-130 (Identification Marking U.S Military Property). · Ensure adherence to applicable mandatory contractual FAR/DFAR clauses for government property on contracts: FAR 52.245-1, Government Property, FAR 52.245-9, Use and Charges, DFARS 252.245-7003, Contractor Property Management System, DFARS 252.245-7005, Management and Reporting of Government Property, DFARS Appendix F, WAWF Reparable Receiving Report. · Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation promptly and responding to any inquiries or findings from auditors, inspectors general, or other oversight bodies. Basic Qualifications: · Candidate must possess a bachelor’s degree in Logistics Management or equivalent experience (5-10 years of functional experience in property management and accountability). An active Secret security clearance or the ability to obtain one. Preferred Qualifications: The candidate proficient in Army property management software (ELMS-WM, PA and ICP) and Microsoft Office products. Candidate with a functional understanding of the implementation and management Army’s IUID process.
