Responsibilities
Assist clients with daily living activities, including personal hygiene and meal preparation.
Provide support for individuals elders or individuals with developmental disabilities, ensuring their comfort and safety.
Maintain a clean and organized living environment for residents.
Foster a supportive and respectful atmosphere that promotes resident rights and dignity.
Collaborate with healthcare professionals, including nurses, to develop and implement personalized care plans.
Engage clients in social activities and encourage participation in community events.
Document care provided and report any changes in client condition to appropriate personnel.
Skills
Experience working with elders and individuals with disabilities is preferred.
Knowledge of patient care practices and long-term care principles.
Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients, families, and team members.
Understanding of resident rights and the importance of maintaining confidentiality.
Compassionate demeanor with a strong commitment to providing high-quality care.
Must have the following requirements:
Home Care Aide (HCA) Registration
- Negative TB Test Result
- Vaccination Cards (a plus)
- CPR Certification (a plus)
- Valid ID
- Work Authorization
- Job Type: Full-time / Part-Time

- 12 hour shift
- 4 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Night shift
