Part-Time Staffing & Recruitment Coordinator (TH/F/SAT/SUN)

$18/hour – Part-Time
1Heart Caregiver Services is looking for a proactive and organized Staffing & Recruitment Coordinator to join our growing home care agency in Brea, CA. This part-time hybrid role requires three days in-office days (Thursday, Friday & Saturday) with Sunday work from home.

Key Responsibilities:
- Post job ads across multiple platforms (really, Craigslist, myCNAjobs, etc.)
- Source, screen, and interview potential caregivers
- Coordinate caregiver schedules and fill open shifts promptly
- Maintain accurate caregiver and client records
- Communicate effectively with clients and staff to ensure smooth operations
- Assist with onboarding and new hire documentation
- Support office operations with administrative tasks as needed
Requirements:
- Experience in recruiting, staffing, or HR preferred (healthcare or home care industry a plus)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Comfortable using really, Google Workspace, and scheduling tools
- Bilingual (English/Spanish or English/Tagalog) is a plus, but not required
Position Details:
- Schedule: Thursday – Sunday (Part-Time)
- Location: Hybrid (In-Office at 747 S Brea Blvd, Suite 32, Brea, CA & Remote on Weekends)
- Pay: $18/hour, depending on experience
