Lake Towers is our unique, 5-story high rise apartment community located at 999 N. 9th Street near downtown Baton Rouge. We are adding a General Maintenance Technician to work with our team to help service the needs of our residents and to help prepare apartments for new resident move-ins.
The person we are looking for will be a skilled technician who pays attention to detail and is a team player. The ideal candidates will have a background in property maintenance.
Qualifications
The individual joining our Team should have the following:
- Experience with repairs in electrical, plumbing and appliances
- Tools and reliable transportation
- Some grounds maintenance duties will also be required
What you will do as a Maintenance Technician on our Team:
- Provide our residents with electrical, plumbing and appliance repair services in a friendly, courteous and expedient manner
- Prepare vacant apartments for new residents move-ins
- Complete required paperwork such as inventory logs, service tickets and daily recap sheets
