We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Leasing Consultant to join our team at our newly constructed, luxury apartment community in River Ridge, LA: Bella Ridge South apartments. In this role, you will play a crucial part in keeping property occupancy high by showing and leasing apartments to prospective residents and by ensuring resident satisfaction. The ideal candidate will possess superb sales and customer service abilities, and will not be afraid to close the deal.

Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries with professionalism and effective phone and email etiquette.
- Facilitate leasing by conducting tours, processing applications, and preparing lease agreements.
- Provide exceptional customer service to our residents.
- Utilize software tools for managing resident records and tracking lease renewals.
- Support marketing efforts to attract new residents through various channels.
- Maintain compliance with Fair Housing regulations and other legal requirements related to property management.
Experience and Qualifications
- Previous experience in property management, sales or a related field is preferred.
- Familiarity with Fair Housing guidelines is a plus.
- Strong sales skills to effectively market the property and close leasing deals.
- Proficient in customer relationship management practices to enhance resident satisfaction.
- Experience using office software and tools for documentation and communication purposes.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Ability to walk the property and climb stairs.
