Job Summary :

Are you a visionary leader with an entrepreneurial mindset? We’re seeking a dynamic and strategic Pharmacy Operations Director to drive the growth and transformation of our pharmacy operations. In this high-impact role, you will lead, innovate, and scale our existing Class A pharmacy while spearheading the launch of a state-of-the-art 503A and 503B Class B compounding pharmacy .

Core Responsibilities :

• Lead and drive the operational strategy and execution of our pharmacy expansion.
• Develop and implement scalable policies, procedures, and workflows to ensure seamless growth.
• Serve as the pharmacy subject matter expert across our partner brands, including Limitless Male Medical, Apollo, and Trillion Health.
• Provide hands-on leadership, fostering a high-performance culture among pharmacists and technicians.
• Oversee staff training, professional development, and performance management to build a best-in-class team.
• Manage pharmaceutical inventory and supply chain operations, ensuring compliance and efficiency.
• Partner with legal teams to maintain strict adherence to federal and state regulations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and healthcare providers to drive business success.
• Spearhead new drug development and pharmaceutical service initiatives to expand market presence.
• Take ownership of P&L performance, identifying revenue opportunities and cost-saving strategies.
• Champion innovation by integrating technology and automation into pharmacy operations.
• Develop scalable processes to optimize shipping, receiving, and pharmaceutical logistics.
• Act as a key player in strategic growth planning, ensuring the pharmacy evolves with industry advancements.
