24 Seven is partnering with a well-known CPG company to help them find a VP of Marketing to join their team 5 days a week onsite in Phoenix, AZ. This is a full-time, salaried opportunity that comes with excellent benefits and bonuses.
Ideal Candidate: will have a Bachelor's degree in a related field and bring at least 15 years of brand marketing experience, including a minimum of 5 years in a management position, with a strong background in the CPG industry.
Responsibilities:
- Establish and implement a cohesive brand voice, visual identity, and positioning across international markets.
- Leverage data to shape audience segmentation, tailored messaging, and impactful design for core personas.
- Drive the concepting, creative development, and rollout of brand campaigns that generate revenue and enhance engagement.
- Work closely with the Product Team to ensure brand alignment with product development and broader business objectives.
- Oversee and refine brand representation across all marketing channels and digital touchpoints.
- Connect brand marketing initiatives with field strategies that reflect compensation structures and performance motivators.
- Convert organizational goals into actionable marketing strategies, plans, and measurable dashboards.
- Lead and mentor internal creative teams to deliver high-impact content that is consistent with brand standards.
- Partner with the CMO to shape and implement the strategic marketing vision, turning it into a clear, results-driven roadmap.
- Support and monitor the execution of marketing plans, ensuring alignment with evolving business priorities.
- Maintain regular check-ins with the CMO to track progress, evaluate performance against KPIs, and adjust plans as needed.
- Showcase success through metrics such as campaign ROI, brand engagement, channel effectiveness, and time-to-market.
- Maintain and enhance the current marketing calendar while planning for future initiatives and growth opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing required; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
- 15 years of experience in brand marketing, ideally within the CPG industry, with a track record of leading teams and executing campaigns.
- Proven success in delivering measurable campaign ROI, driving brand growth, and achieving team performance goals.
- Strong eye for design and storytelling, with experience guiding high-performing creative teams.
- Track record of turning brand strategy into actionable initiatives that deliver business impact.
- Proficient in marketing technology platforms, performance analytics tools, and project management systems to ensure timely and efficient execution.
Salary : $220,000 - $225,000
