Job Description:
We are seeking a highly organized and personable Workspace Experience Coordinator to serve as the first point of contact at our Bellevue, WA hub. In this key role, you will foster a welcoming and professional environment for all guests, team members, and vendors, while ensuring smooth day-to-day workplace operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist guests, clients, and team members with a professional and friendly demeanor.
- Partner with the Physical Security team to manage visitor protocols, including tracking and escorting.
- Coordinate with vendors to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Manage office logistics including mail distribution, supply inventory, and shipping coordination.
- Respond to internal service requests efficiently and with a customer-first mindset.
- Maintain cleanliness and readiness of meeting rooms and collaborative spaces, working with facilities to ensure consistent upkeep.
- Oversee office supply inventory and budget, demonstrating careful resource management.
- Thrive in a dynamic, on-the-move work environment that is not limited to a desk.
Requirements:
- Ability to lift and carry items ranging from less than 10 lbs to over 50 lbs.
- Comfortable moving around the facility frequently, including walking, standing for long periods, and occasionally using stairs or ladders.
- Capable of bending, stooping, kneeling, and crouching to access equipment or low storage areas.
- Able to alternate between standing for inspections or facilities support and sitting for administrative tasks.
