Typical Day in the Role
- Key Focus: Supporting executives and ensuring smooth team operations
- Daily Task Breakdown:
- 40% – Administrative and team coordination
- 30% – Calendar management for executives
- 30% – Inventory tracking and hardware support
- Additional Responsibilities:
- Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and manage logistics
- Coordinate travel arrangements and submit expense reports
- Order and track office supplies and equipment
- Support onboarding/offboarding and document management
- Enforce team policies and help improve administrative workflows
