We provide professional mobile and in-shop auto detailing services in the Wichita Area. Detailing, paint correction and ceramic coating.

Skills/resources needed:

• Paint Correction (required)
• Detailing (required)
• Ceramic Coating (at least be willing to learn)
• PPF (at least be willing to learn)
• Insane attention to detail
• Reliable car to drive to mobile service jobs
• Be on time every time
• Being able to keep things organized, clean and tidy
• Ability to take feedback and stay calm under pressure
• Great communication with customers, employees and owners
• Lead by example
• Networking and talking shop at events like cars & coffee
• Desire to grow the company because it will benefit you via raises and bonuses

Your main responsibilities:

• Make sure each customer leaves as a raving fan of 2U AUTO
• Help owner establish growth goals and work to meet those targets.
• Ensure each car goes through the 2U AUTO treatment:
• Initial consultation and inspection with signed confirmation of service.
• Job is completed safely and thoroughly
• Signed job completion form and customer inspection.
• Train each detailer so they can be trusted to complete jobs perfectly on their own every time.
• Keep the shop stocked with needed supplies.
• Wash towels.
• Keep all equipment in working order and maintenance as needed.
• Complete mobile and in-shop services (80%)
• Help answer phone calls and text messages during your working hours and after if Jocelyn cannot answer.
• Make sure fleets are serviced according to their schedules and desires (Cargill, Cox, Saint Francis, FedEx)
• Make sure each job that comes through is assigned to a detailer and there are no accidental double bookings.
• Stay on top of inclement weather to move appointments into the shop or make sure the mobile jobs are somewhere with a covered area (rain) or garage (cold/hot).
• Making sure the detailers have everything they need to do their job.
• Keep the shop clean and organized according to the opening and closing duties.
• organizing the events and making sure you have the right amount of labor and plan ahead.
• Make sure all the team wear the uniform and have the appropriate marketing material and signage for mobile.
• Track technician’s hours on Connecteam to ensure we are paying them appropriately.
• Assist in providing ideas for organization to make the customer experience and detailer experience as good as possible.

Pay and incentives:

• Salary range: $40,000 - $50,000 starting depending on experience 96.5% of tips
• Paid Thanksgiving and Christmas Day
• 3 Paid Vacation or Sick Days
• Earn 5 paid vacation days on your 1 year anniversary with the company
• Earn 10 paid vacation days on your 2 year anniversary with the company
• If we have 300 5-Star reviews on Google by the end of 2025, you will receive $1,000
• We will consider helping pay a portion of a health plan for you (to be discussed)
• Profit based bonuses that can be discussed during your in person interview
• Raise every 12 months depending on your performance reviews

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
