Packaging and Labeling Associate

307 Meat Company is one of Wyoming's newest and most modern USDA inspected meat processing facilities. 307 Meat Company is dedicated to sustainable local food production, specializing in assisting direct to consumer meat companies. We are seeking self-motivated individuals to join our production team. Successful person will need to be able to work in an team environment, cover other team members responsibilities while they are absent or working on another project. This individual will need to be able to repetitively lift and move totes weighing up to 50lbs. This person will be responsible for assisting Butcher's and Butcher apprentice's packaging and labeling meat products and moving trays and lugs to appropriate locations, as well as other assigned duties. Standard hours of work are from 7:00am to between 5:00pm with a half an hour lunch. 4-5 hours of overtime per week is normal. Position starts at $16.00 per hour with no experience, (experienced butchers start higher) evaluations and pay raises every 90 days, with guaranteed pay raises to $19.00 within the first year.
