Job title: Safety & Risk Sales Engineer
Location: 100% Onsite in Sunrise, FL

Rate: $100,000-$110,000/year (DOE)
Overview:
4 Corner Resources is seeking a high-impact Safety & Risk Sales Engineer to support our client expanding their sales and customer engagement efforts. This role is ideal for someone who can translate complex solutions into clear business value.
You’ll partner with sales leadership, product managers, and industry stakeholders to demonstrate how analytics, AI, and real-time data solutions help clients manage risk, improve safety and compliance, and reduce serious injuries and fatalities.
Key responsibilities:
• Lead solution discovery and mapping efforts across diverse customer workflows, data sources, and pain points
• Deliver high-impact demos, webinars, and workshops to EHS leaders, risk managers, and insurance buyers
• Support the sales cycle from discovery to close, including RFPs, security reviews, and light technical configurations
• Build and maintain sandbox or proof-of-concept environments for evaluation
• Capture and deliver voice of customer insights to influence roadmap and implementation planning
• Represent the company at industry trade shows and customer roundtables
Requirements:
• 7-9 years in a Sales Engineer, Solutions Architect, or Pre-Sales role at a SaaS or enterprise software company
• Deep exposure (5 years) to enterprise risk, claims management, fleet or worker safety, and EHS programs
• Strong understanding of safety and compliance needs in high-risk industries
• Experience supporting full-cycle sales processes, from discovery to close
• Familiarity with Salesforce, especially AppExchange products, is preferred
• Prior experience with EHS or Risk Management Information Systems (RMIS) is a major plus
• Ability to work cross-functionally with sales, product, and engineering in a fast-paced, startup environment
• Bachelor’s degree required
