Cultivation Technician

A Cultivation Technician maintains and completes daily projects assigned by the management in Cultivation. This will include basic plant maintenance in all stages of cultivation production.

• Assists with grow operations including cleaning, daily activities, quality assurance, potting, manicuring, and harvesting. 
• Cleans in and around cultivation areas daily, including but not limited to floors, walls, tables, equipment and sweeping, mopping, emptying trash, sanitizing. 
• Follows compliance procedures mandated by the state licensing requirements. 
• Maintains open communication with the management team and other co-workers. 
• Maintains a professional attitude towards coworkers and management. 
• Follows operational guidelines, verbal directives, training information and policies when performing duties. 
• Completes all assigned tasks in a timely and efficient manner 
• Completes assigned tasks, projects, and expectations in accordance with the company’s mission, vision, goals, and objectives.  
• Performs other duties as assigned
