What are the responsibilities and job description for the Truss Stacker 2nd shift position at 84 Lumber Company?
The stacker is responsible for the movement of finished material to outside stackers and the preparation of finish product for shipment in accordance with the job orders within the time frame determined by the supervisor and in keeping with the Quality Standards for roofs, floors and panels.
Required Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
Grooming/Uniform:
- It is an expectation the associate in this role will be neatly groomed with good hygiene
- A uniform is required, which includes an 84 Lumber shirt, pants, boots, and any other PPE's as requested
Pay: $17/hr. plus $1shift differential & full- time benefits
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work: This is a full-time position. Hours of work depend on hours of operations. Willing to work 45 hours per week preferred
2nd shift - 3:30pm to 1:00am

Screenings:
- Must authorize a background check
- Must pass a urinalysis drug screening
Responsibilities
Read and understand set-up sheets.
Band trusses to prevent damage and undue stress on material.
Mark individual trusses when required.
Qualifications
Able to read and write in their primary language.
Able to stand for long periods of time.
Able to lift 50 pounds.
Basic math skills
84 Components Fork Truck License.
