DIRECTOR CBO OPERATIONS

Hours of Work : 8-5 Days Of Week : M-F Work Shift : 8X5 Day (United States of America) Job Description : Directs the operations over of an assigned unit (Customer Service) within the Central Business Office (CBO). Setting and achieving performance goals by fostering teamwork, effective communication and moving conflict to collaboration within the CBO. Monitors and improves all efforts to reduce accounts receivables according to goals established by MHS Administration. Monitors quality of work and proactively reviews trends and variances that may delay reimbursement. Works with the Director to prioritize departmental initiatives. Monitor annual goals and objectives surrounding budgets and performance standards for the CBO. Evaluate opportunities for cost savings and quality improvement. Interacts with Human Resources including hiring, training, coaching, counseling of employees of the CBO. Ensures policies and procedures are developed and implemented and effectively provides recommendations for changes to the Director. Routinely interact with various internal and external customers.
