Administrative Assistant
Description: A&A Safety is currently seeking a highly talented Administrative Assistant to join our staff in Cleveland, Ohio. The ideal candidate for this position will have experience in the construction industry. The Administrative Assistant role Is a dynamic one that Involves working with other staff members, project managers, project owners, and customers. This role is critical to the Company's success In accomplishing its mission.
Responsibilities: The responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:
- Answering and Directing Incoming Phone Calls
- Provide Support to Sales Staff
- Contract Setup & Contract Execution
- Material Certification & Inventory Relief
- Processing Certified Payroll
- Create, Maintain and Update various files, spreadsheets and databases
- New Customer Set-up
- Additional Administrative Duties as Assigned
Requirements:
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Word and Excel
- Strong Math & Analytical Aptitude
- Adequate knowledge of phone and business equipment systems with hands on experience
- Detail oriented with a high degree of accuracy
- Flexible with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple administrative tasks
- Qualified applicants who are offered a position must pass a pre-employment substance abuse test
