APARTMENT LEASING SPECIALIST
Real-estate management company seeks a full-time leasing consultant for a 400-unit residential apartment property in Mission Viejo, California.
Responsibilities
- Performs sales and leasing tasks, including touring prospects through the property
- Help prepare rent-ready units for tours
- Handles tasks delegated by the Community Manager
- Reports directly to the Community Manager
Requirements
- Sales and leasing experience
- Ability to project a polished performance
- Tenant-relationship skills
- Teamwork skills with the ability to interact effectively with others
- Ability to adapt and respond in a dynamic environment
- Administrative and bookkeeping experience and skills
- Results-oriented, self-paced, self-driven
- Computer literacy & skills
- Working on weekends
