About the Role:

As a Sales Support Trainee, you will play a vital role in our outreach marketing and sales strategies, ensuring customer satisfaction and driving revenue. This position requires a proactive individual who can build rapport with clients, address their needs, and convert inquiries into sales. Your work will involve collaborating closely with both the sales and marketing teams to implement effective strategies that align with company goals. In this role, you will leverage your communication skills to establish trust with customers and help them discover the perfect products for their needs.

Key Responsibilities of the Sales Support Trainee:

• Work closely with the marketing team to understand campaign goals and translate them into actionable sales strategies
• Provide excellent customer service by answering questions, offering product recommendations, and addressing concerns
• Engage with customers to promote products and services
• Follow up with existing customers to ensure satisfaction and uncover new sales opportunities
• Generate new leads through referrals, networking, and marketing initiatives.
• Track customer interactions, update CRM systems, and maintain accurate records of all sales activity
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing departments to deliver promotional materials and marketing collateral to clients

Job Requirements for the Sales Support Trainee:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships quickly
• Previous experience in sales, customer service, client relations or a related field is a plus but not required
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing marketing strategies
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle customer objections professionally
• A positive, proactive attitude with a genuine interest in both sales and marketing

Pay: $3,600.00 - $5,200.00 per month
