The role of the Customer Service Representative Tier 1 will be focused on collaborating with other customer service representatives as a team to provide complete customer support for both internal and external customers.

Major Goals and Responsibilities:

The following job responsibilities are intended to reflect the major responsibilities of the job, but do not describe the minor duties or other responsibilities that may be assigned from time to time. Requirements are representative of minimum levels of knowledge, skills, and/or abilities. Incumbent will be required to satisfactorily perform all essential functions of the job.

  • Open and distribute all faxes, voicemails, and USPS mail
  • Provide priority phone coverage
  • We have an all live phone system with no automated prompts
  • Monitor multiple different email accounts
  • Provide support to customers through troubleshooting or entering requests
  • Enter and page incoming service requests to technicians
  • Evaluate viability of supplies requests, enter orders when applicable, and forward to warehouse department
  • Contact service technicians and relate proper information via text messages, calls, and email
  • Assist any walk-in customers
  • Perform account reviews for sales team
  • Effectively de-escalate upset customers
  • Company sponsored development completion

Qualification and Education Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Experience in an Office/Call Center style setting preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams
