Job Description THE ROLE: Vice President, Marketing Analytics In this pivotal role, you will harness the power of data-driven insights to shape and execute high-impact marketing strategies, drive unparalleled audience engagement, and maximize our revenue potential. You will be responsible for leading a team of two while developing innovative approaches to measurement across the dynamic streaming landscape. You will be in tight coordination with marketing leadership and providing your thoughts and insights on all major strategic decisions. You will confer with research peers to provide your POV on shared business challenges, industry developments and new analytical approaches. MORE ABOUT WHAT YOU’LL DO: Establish key strategic performance indicators (KPIs) and dashboards, meticulously tracking the performance of marketing initiatives and viewing behaviors, and sharing strategic findings with the research and marketing leadership teams Build and manage tools that provide guidance to consumer marketing teams on how to allocate paid/owned/earned media to reach viewership goals Execute custom research and analytics studies that provide insights into how viewers are navigating content choice across AVOD/SVOD/FAST/Linear viewing options Develop new methodologies that help marketing teams acquire new users and build loyalty Partner with the Data Engineering teams to automate rote processes and build self-service analytical tools Maintain a strategic view on industry dynamics, evaluating new research solutions and changes in competitive behaviors that can create new opportunities for A E Cultivate top-tier marketing analysts molding them into strategic thinkers capable of delivering game-changing insights YOUR STORY: [ BEHAVIORS] (what you need to have) Master communicator who can effortlessly describe complex research solutions in layman’s terms Strong interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders Needed experience: BA or BS (4-year degree) in Marketing, Communications, Business, Economics 8-12 years in Media Research/Analytics Linear viewing measurement with data sources such as Nielsen or Comscore Expertise in digital measurement platforms such as Adobe or Google Analytics including both implementation and reporting Hands-on ability with data processing and visualization tools such as Tableau or DOMO Able to supervise the construction and deployment of predictive models Team leader Lead group discussions and presentations to senior leaders Preferred experience: Media agency experience Strong interest in AI Compensation Annual Pay Range: $192,925 - $249,537 Annual Incentive Target: 25.00% The annual/hourly pay range displayed serves as a good faith estimate of the minimum and maximum base pay range for this role. Compensation for the role will be based on a number of different factors such as a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, location, and experience.
