Minimum Qualifications:
- Ordination or recognized certification as a Chaplain or equivalent spiritual care provider.
- Experience in pastoral counseling and grief support within a healthcare or similar setting.

- Ability to make independent decisions and manage sensitive situations with confidentiality.
