Key Responsibilities
Customer Service
- Assist walk-in and call-in customers with parts inquiries and purchases.
- Provide expert guidance on parts compatibility and availability.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing needs promptly and professionally.
Parts Sales
- Promote and sell parts and accessories to customers and technicians.
- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell parts and services.
- Process customer orders accurately and efficiently, including quotes, invoices, and payments.
Inventory Management
- Maintain an organized and accurate parts inventory.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and assist with stock replenishment.
