About Role
As the Partner Marketing Manager at A-LIGN, you will be joining a rapidly growing marketing team at a high-growth company. You will focus on channel and MSP marketing strategy and execution. You will effectively coordinate and facilitate channel and MSP marketing programs throughout the project lifecycle by collaborating with internal and external resources. Your primary responsibility is to develop and execute channel and MSP marketing programs to generate revenue, maximize partner/channel engagement and acquire customers.
Our partner program is one of four growth pillars, and you will spearhead it by delivering on referral agreements, traditional reseller arrangements, strategic partnerships, and white-label arrangements. You will propose tactics to increase sales and awareness within the channel community by supporting and leveraging other channel efforts with product marketing, demand marketing, sales, and additional lead or sales generating programs. You will work with the rest of the marketing team to build and execute marketing activities, including but not limited to events, trade shows, business review meetings, and training.
You will successfully work with management to establish the infrastructure necessary to support the channel, track and analyze partner performance, and impact market share and competitive landscape.
What you'll be doing
- Develop strategies and materials for partner enablement and co-marketing activities in support of the sales strategy
- Guide the partner enablement strategy to educate and reward partners for their use of A-LIGN through webinars, enablement materials, and more
- Create and execute quarterly marketing plans with go-to channel partners to generate demand and meet sales pipeline objectives
- Develop and roll out new joint marketing campaigns for channel partners based on industry trends, customer feedback, and corporate marketing initiatives
- Develop content for partner marketing opportunities, including webinars, blog posts, talks, keynotes, social media, and PR.
- Create and manage content, as needed, to support partner programs
- Own the day-to-day execution for a range of partner marketing channels, including creative, budget, targeting, testing, and reporting.
- Establish relationships with partner marketers to support essential joint marketing plans
What skills and experience we are expecting
- Ideally, you have 2 years of partner marketing experience, MSP a plus
- You have experience with direct sales and multiple distribution channel businesses like MSP.
- Excellent presentation skills
- You thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with B2B content marketing or communications is strongly preferred
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Proven problem solver that takes initiative
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, set priorities, utilize resources, and meet deadlines
