CORPORATE ON-CALL SITTER

(30 – 40 Hours)

(Backup Care Division)

Position Description: (Backup Caregiver On-Call)

Mondays –Fridays Between 8am – 6pm

Starting Salary: $18.00 per hour
$22.50 per hour for Private clients

We are looking for (2) amazing  Corporate Nanny/Sitter for our Backup Care division.

Our Backup Care On-Call Corporate Nanny/Sitter position has the potential of providing work Mondays – Fridays starting at the hours of 8am-6pm.

Our nanny agency employs individual caregivers who possess a professional background in childcare, to provide in-home backup childcare for children ages 6 months to school age as well as back up care in various centers or educational facilities. A professional caregiver will have previously worked in one of the following jobs: non-family member babysitter; private nanny; elementary school teacher/assistant; pediatric nurse; daycare; camp; church or other child related work.

Care takes place in the homes of various families who have a backup childcare benefit from their employer or in a private facility or private school.

We provide our sitters with training in professionalism & how to implement engaging activities for children of all ages.

If you love playing with, caring for and helping to guide and shape children’s development, then this is the job for you! You will be responsible for caring for and creating an exciting day for children.

***CPR & 1st Aid Training available if needed***

Requirements

·        Must have at least 2-3 years of professional childcare experience

·        Infant thru school age experience required 

·        Must be at least 18 years old

·        Must be able to work a schedule of a start time 8am & an end time 6pm, with ability to work earlier or later, on occasions

·        A minimum of 1-2 amazing references or letters of recommendations

·        Must be willing to travel at least 45 minutes – 1 hour one way

·        Able to care for up to 3 children & Pet Friendly (both cats & dogs)

·        Clean criminal record and US Work Authorization required

·        Must drive own insured vehicle/and have valid Driver’s License

·        Must maintain an Uber or Lyft account for emergency car issues

·        CPR and First Aid Certified or Willing to Become Certified

·        Able to provide care for (1-3) children 8 – 10 hours a session

·     Must be COVID-19 Vaccinated
