A.N. Webber Logistics is currently hiring! We are looking for one qualified individual to join our team as a Carrier Representative!
What's the role?
As a Carrier Representative, you will be a main point of contact between A.N. Webber Logistics and our carrier partners. You will be responsible for matching available equipment with customer shipments. You will negotiate rates, track shipments in transit, and communicate effectively with your team, partner-carriers, and customers. A.N. Webber Logistics will provide in-house training to get you up to speed on the industry and role responsibilities. Role is hourly at 40 hours per week (paid weekly), plus a goal-based incentive plan paid monthly.

What will you be doing?
- Setting appointments via phone or e-mail
- Calling trucking companies to add to our network
- Locating available trucks to transport customer shipments
- Calculating freight rates
- Tracking and tracing shipments in transit
- Providing exemplary customer service to our customer and carrier partners
- Work closely with sales and operations teams to ensure customer success
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $19.50 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
