Location: Manatee County (Palmetto, Bradenton, Parrish, Ellenton, Myakka City, Hillsborough, some parts of Sarasota and surrounding areas)

Responsibilities:
Provide compassionate in-home care, including personal support, medication assistance, and companionship.
Promote client comfort, dignity, and independence in a supportive home environment.
Assist with mobility and transportation to keep seniors active and engaged.
Build trusting relationships with clients and families through consistent emotional support.
Collaborate with the care team to create personalized care plans tailored to client needs.
Requirements:
A genuine passion for providing compassionate care.
- Required- Complete 40 hours of online training before working hands on with client (more information provided once applicant is onboarded)

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a caring and empathetic approach to caregiving.
Knowledge and understanding of elderly care, senior care, and patient care principles.
Flexibility and adaptability to cater to the unique needs of each client.
Current Level 2 background screening or willingness to obtain
Drug Testing required ( We provide )
Must complete and pass a AHCA approved competency test ( We provide )
Must complete and pass a AHCA approved hands on skills assessment ( We provide )
