What You’ll Do
- Drive Growth: Lead the strategy and execution for the Macy’s account—owning top-line revenue, margin, and sell-through performance
- Lead the Business: Own planning, forecasting, and seasonal market execution. You’re the quarterback of this account
- Partner Up: Build deep, trusted relationships with buyers and internal cross-functional teams
- Spot the Wins: Track in-season performance, call out risks and opportunities, and pivot fast
- Tell the Story: Present with clarity and passion—internally and externally
- Coach & Collaborate: Mentor junior teammates and contribute to a collaborative, high-performance culture
- Show Up Strong: Lead seasonal market weeks, showroom walk-throughs, and top-to-top meetings
- Bring the Energy: Be seen. Be heard. Be a face for Catalyst at Macy’s.
- 7 years in wholesale sales—preferably with department store accounts
- Proven revenue-driver with a sharp commercial eye
- Strong presentation and communication skills
- You thrive in fast-paced, cross-functional settings and don’t wait for direction
- Expertise managing retail math, OTBs, forecasting tools (SAP, NuOrder, etc.)
- High accountability, high standards—and a sense of urgency to match
- Willing to travel and show up where the business needs

- Ability to carry equipment, move boxes/samples, etc.
- For Stores & Distribution Centers: Bend, lift, open and move product and fixtures up to 50 lbs., as needed.
