With over 100 years of experience, members trust AAA with all of their insurance needs. The Insurance Policy Service Representative handles incoming customer inquiries and explains insurance coverage, and is responsible for implementing policy changes for Members on their home and auto insurance.
This position is based in our Boise, Idaho Service Center.
Ideal person has:
- Strong customer service skills and desire to help.
- Property & Casualty license or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire required.
- Strong technical skills including use of multiple computer programs, Microsoft Office products and Internet applications.
- Organizational and time management skills.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
