Insurance Service Representative

Located in our lovely Boise office, the Insurance Service Representative is responsible for assisting policyholders and agents with any questions, problems, or changes concerning their insurance products through AAA. This role is also responsible for helping members when they come into the service center, directing them to the appropriate team members and products.  

Desired skills:  

• High school education or equivalent required, some college preferred 
• 2 years of experience in the Insurance industry 
• P&C license preferred. 
• Must have customer service experience.  
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with high level of responsiveness.  
• Proficiency in Microsoft and database systems.  

Starting pay at $17.30 - 20.00 per hour depending on experience.
