Job Responsibilities

- Process orders for institutional customers, adhering to best business practices and company policies
- Manage online access setups, maintaining customer preferences such as IP authentication, Federated Access, or Username/Password
- Handle invoice management tasks, including billing queries, payment processing, and correction requests
- Meet daily and monthly deadlines to ensure timely customer responses and minimize backlog during financial close periods
- Maintain accurate documentation through CRM, fulfillment systems, and company-approved tools (Office365, Microsoft Teams)
- Build strong relationships with customers and internal teams via written and verbal communication
- Collaborate with other departments to support customer-focused initiatives and ensure seamless customer experiences
- Provide daily correspondence with sales teams to optimize customer satisfaction
