Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) located in Royal Palm Beach, FL. The BCBA will be responsible for providing behavior analysis services, conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and supervising program implementation. They will also provide parent education, training, and support to ensure the success of the therapy programs, as well as monitor and adjust behavior intervention plans as necessary.
Qualifications
- Behavior Analysis and Applied Behavior Analysis skills
- Experience in Parent Education and Behavior Management
- Background in Psychology
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or related field
- BCBA certification is required
- Experience working with children with Autism and other Developmental Disorders is a plus
