Job Description
BCBA, Part-time or Full-time, Salary or Contract

Your Role
Provide individualized behavioral assessments and treatment planning for children ages 2 to 12.
Analyze and monitor progress, and modify plans as needed.
Create and manage fidelity checks to ensure proper program implementation.
Provide instruction, supervision, and feedback to support staff including RBTs and student analysts on an ongoing basis.
Work collaboratively with our BCaBA and other BCBAs on the team.
Provide on-going parent training for continuation of care and generalization.
Collaborate with schools, therapists, and other professionals involved in client care as needed.
Primarily center based, includes approximately 30% travel for in-home/community or in-school services. Experience in home/community/school settings required.
Requirements
BCBA certification and at least one year (required) of BCBA experience, including program development, implementation, and evaluation. Additional ABA experience as an RBT or BCaBA is a plus, will be considered.
Masters in Psychology, Education, Applied Behavior Analysis or related field.
Experience with children ages 2-12 with ASD; Early Intervention experience strongly preferred.
Excellent (English) communication skills, both spoken and written. Spanish speaking a bonus.
Experience and success with training and supervising support staff, as well with training parents or caregivers.
Must be able to develop strong rapport with both staff and parents/clients.
Must be organized, flexible, and demonstrate creativity in individual programs, while having programs and materials remain "user-friendly" for staff and parents.
Able to provide concise and accurate notes and reports, in a timely manner.
Must be willing to travel to school, community, in-homes locally up to 30% of time worked.
