We are opening our brand new center which will provide the opportunity to play an important role in shaping the clinical foundation and helping to create something new and unique.
Abacus Therapies was founded by parents of a child with autism, and today we are one of the leading ABA therapy practices for children, offering in-home and center-based ABA therapy across the country. Our team of specialists is trained in a range of interdisciplinary therapies so we can build a completely customized approach that works best for each child and family. At Abacus Therapies, we believe that ABA treatment isn’t a template that can be applied to every child.
As a BCBA, you will work closely with our team to create the individualized treatment and behavior intervention plans that will encourage growth and progress for the children we serve and their families.

Your Role as a BCBA:
As a BCBA, you will work closely with our expert team to create individualized treatment and behavior intervention plans to encourage growth and progress for the children and families we serve.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments (VBMAPP, Vineland, AFLS, ABLLS-R, etc.) and develop individualized behavior intervention plans
- Provide at-home, school, and/or on-site services as needed
- Monitor progress and modify goals and interventions to ensure positive change
- Train and supervise paraprofessionals (RBTs, BCaBAs) to ensure high-quality care
- Collaborate with families to provide training and support
- Work closely with schools and other therapies (ST, OT, PT, etc.) as needed
- Maintain accurate documentation and submit reports/treatment plans in a timely manner
What We’re Looking For:
- BCBA Certification (or eligibility to sit for the certification exam)
- Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication
- Team Player Mentality: Ability to collaborate effectively with others
- Valid driver’s license required
