Clinical Supervisor Responsibilities
- Conducting assessments (i.e. VBMAPP, Vineland, AFLS, ABLLS-R etc.) and developing behavior intervention plans via indirect and direct assessment
- Providing at-home/school/on-site services as needed
- Monitor progress and modify goals and interventions as needed to ensure positive change
- Training and supervising paraprofessionals to ensure highest quality of care
- Working closely with families to provide support and training
- Working with school and other therapies (i.e. ST, OT, PT) etc. as needed
- Submitting assessment reports and treatment plans in a timely manner, maintaining accurate documentation
- Clinical direction and supervision of RBTs and/or BCaBAs
In order to obtain this BCBA job, it’s necessary that you possess the following qualifications:
Clinical Supervisor Requirements
- BCBA certification or eligibility to sit for the certification exam
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- You’re a strong team player with the ability to work effectively with others
