What are the responsibilities and job description for the Personal Care Assistant/ Caregiver - Conyers position at Abba Health Services LLC?
Home care agency has an urgent need for an experienced PCA/CNA to work with a male client, Monday - Thursday, 8 hours each day, and every other Sunday.
The CNA or PCA will work 1-on-1 with our clients inside their homes, and help them with activities of daily living such as :
Bathing, dressing, grooming, eating, eliminating, transferring and ambulating.
Provide medication reminders to patients
Provide companionship and basic care to patients
Maintain a clean and healthy environment (meal prep, light housekeeping, etc). May be required to run errands for clients.
Experience working with clients with Dementia and/or Parkinson's disease is highly desirable
Clear communication with supervisors and nurses regarding client conditions and issues.
Idea candidate must be dependable, honest, empathetic, patient, polite, respectful, have strong work ethics and pay attention to details. Must have a reliable vehicle to commute to client's home.
Georgia CNA license preferred. PCA considered
CPR and TB test required
Reliable transportation is required.
Available shifts and compensation: We have available shifts all days of the week. Compensation is $14.00 - $15.00/hour.
