This position will be supporting projects and will be responsible for understanding the process flow mapping of projects. Will be responsible for follow up with and coordination between the cross functional teams to be sure that the timelines that are stated for the project are kept to, so the project is not delayed. The tasks are interconnected with needing approvals first then move to the next process in the flow and so on. If there is a step that needs to happen in the process, this candidate will be the one to chase down the team or person who is handling the next step in the project to get it completed to meet the project timeline deadline. This candidate will need to be able to get people to follow thru on their part of the process in the project.

This candidate will need to be able to get people to follow thru on their part of the process in the project.
- Must have Bachelor’s degree ~ mentioned were Business or Communications but as this is not an engineering or healthcare type of position there are no need for those types of degrees.
- Minimum of 2 to 4 years of organizational experience in project coordination.
- Needs to be technologically fluent in use of MS Office Suite and Excel (Intermediate level with conditional formatting) including Visio process flow mapping. Via PowerPoint will need to be able to map out the process flow of the projects to potentially 5 or more cross functional teams in the project. MS Project is used.
- Agile would be great to have but not required. Strongly preferred or at least some type of document management system.
- Will provide updates on the project timelines and deliverables.
- Must be organized and have great communication.
- Manager will be looking mainly for type of experience AND personality of Proactive, energetic, go-getter, not afraid to chase down people to get the timelines met. Not afraid of asking questions. Mentioned that this is NOT an email position but will require the candidate to use multiple methods of communication (including chasing down) to follow up and get the status update and to complete the items in the project plan.
- May be tasked with helping with process improvements.
