Overview
Abile Group has an exciting and challenging opportunity for a Cyber Support Developer, Senior on a long term contract providing Cyber Security services supporting an Intelligence Community customer. All the personnel on the team will work together to provide security services and capabilities necessary to ensure IT services provided to the IC customer workforce are secure. This includes Identity and Access Control Infrastructure Operations, Cross Domain Infrastructure Operations, Cyber Security Infrastructure Operations, Cyber Security Operations, Information Technology (IT) Audit Infrastructure, and Security Infrastructure Operations.
The right candidate will possess the below skills and qualifications and be ready to handle all responsibilities independently and professionally.
Responsibilities
- Develops ServiceNow solutions and enhancements using core platform capabilities.
- Develops the applications including configuration, report development and data migration, where applicable.
- Identifies and implements best-practice solutions to address client requirements.
- Performs custom development and 3rd party integrations.
- Performs unit-testing and resolves code defects.
- Migrates code changes to the production environment.
- Assists with technical design and documentation.
- Collaborates with internal stakeholders and team members to build solutions in ServiceNow that support business requirements.
Qualifications
Clearance Required: TS/SCI with CI Polygraph.
Degree and Years of Experience: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems or equivalent.
- 5 years of software development experience.
- 2 years of experience working on a large and complex software development project.
Desired Certifications:
- Certified ServiceNow Administrator (CSA).
Required Skills:
- Experience with developing Service Catalog and ServiceNow workflows.
- Experience with at least one scripting language (Ruby, Python, Perl, Bash, or JavaScript).
Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to remain in a stationary position 75% of the time.
- Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine and computer printer.
- The person in this position frequently communicates with co-workers, management and customers, which may involve delivering presentations. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations.
- Must be able to detect information on a computer screen.
