About the Role
We are seeking a seasoned Superintendent to oversee day-to-day field operations for high-value commercial construction projects in Gillette, Wyoming. This on-site leadership role requires a detail-oriented professional with extensive experience managing complex builds, ensuring safety compliance, and delivering projects on time and within budget. Projects range from $70M–$100M, with a strong preference for candidates who have managed healthcare or similarly complex facilities.
Key Responsibilities
Direct all field operations from site mobilization through project completion
Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure schedule adherence and quality standards
Enforce jobsite safety, quality assurance, and regulatory compliance
Monitor progress and provide clear reporting on schedule, manpower, and material needs
Serve as the primary on-site point of contact for clients, inspectors, and trade partners
Maintain site documentation, daily logs, and safety reports
Support project closeout activities, including punch lists and final inspections
Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of experience as a Superintendent on large-scale commercial construction projects
Proven track record with projects valued between $70M–$100M
Strong understanding of construction sequencing, scheduling tools (e.g., Primavera, MS Project), and jobsite coordination
Skilled in reading and interpreting construction documents and specifications
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities
Healthcare construction experience strongly preferred
Willingness to relocate to Gillette, WY (relocation support provided)
