About the Role
We are seeking a highly experienced Project Manager to lead large-scale commercial construction projects in Gillette, Wyoming. The ideal candidate has a strong background in managing complex builds, with a proven track record of overseeing projects valued between $70M–$100M. Experience in healthcare construction is strongly preferred.
This is a full-time, on-site position with relocation support for qualified candidates. A company vehicle and competitive benefits package are included.
Key Responsibilities
Lead all phases of project delivery—from pre-construction through closeout
Collaborate with estimators, architects, engineers, and field teams to ensure project goals are met
Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and resource allocation
Maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and stakeholders
Oversee jobsite safety, quality control, and compliance with regulations
Produce accurate reporting on progress, risks, and project performance
Qualifications
5 years of experience managing large-scale commercial construction projects
Demonstrated success managing projects in the $70M–$100M range
Solid understanding of construction contracts, financials, and scheduling software
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Experience in healthcare construction strongly preferred
Willingness to relocate to Gillette, WY (relocation assistance provided)
