We are looking for a Project Manager to oversee project planning, budgeting, scheduling, and execution. Key responsibilities include developing detailed project plans, coordinating stakeholders, managing budgets, ensuring quality control and compliance, and maintaining strong client relationships. The role also involves risk management, safety enforcement, and maintaining accurate project documentation. The ideal candidate will have experience in project oversight, cost management, and effective communication to ensure successful project completion on time and within budget.
Experience and Education:
- 5-7 years of experience in construction project management, with a proven track record of managing large-scale projects
- In-depth understanding of construction techniques, materials, and equipment
- Proficiency in project management software such as Procore
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in leading and motivating a diverse team
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, Business Administration or related field is preferred
