- No weekend shifts
- Monday – Thursday: 5:00 AM – 2:00 PM or 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM
- Friday: 5:00 AM – 9:00 AM or 6:00 AM – 10:00 AM
- Review samples, drawings, or instructions to understand job specifications
- Set up and operate CNC machines for tasks like drilling, grinding, and milling
- Measure and mark materials for cutting or shaping
- Plan and execute the sequence of machining tasks
- Program and adjust CNC machines, including G-code and Fanuc controls
- Monitor production for consistency with specifications and address defects
- Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs on machines
- Stay up to date with new machining techniques and technologies
- Inspect finished products for accuracy and quality
- Experience: 1-3 years minimum as a CNC Machinist
- Proficiency with precision tools like calipers for accurate measurements
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints
- Knowledge of metal properties and machining materials
- Experience programming G-code and understanding speed/feed adjustments
- Forklift operation skills (training provided)
