Machine Operator (Temp-to-Hire)
Location: Neenah, WI
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 2:50 PM – 11:00 PM
Pay: $19.50/hour

About the Opportunity
We are hiring a Machine Operator for a temp-to-hire opportunity with a fast-paced manufacturing company in Neenah. This role is ideal for someone who is dependable, motivated, and works well with others. The company is focused on finding the right long-term fit and offers the opportunity to be hired on permanently based on performance and attendance.

Key Responsibilities

• Feed materials into production machines

• Operate equipment to produce finished products

• Build boxes and pallets using hand tools

• Unload product from machines and band skids

• Perform measurements and quality checks on finished goods

• Complete required production and quality documentation

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area

Qualifications

• Ability to thrive in a very fast-paced manufacturing environment

• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs consistently

• Experience with hand tools and measurement tools (calipers preferred)

• Dependable, punctual, and safety-focused

• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and team-oriented mindset

Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent
