Litigation Associate Attorney

We are a vibrant, busy, and growing full-service law firm and looking to increase its talented ranks of Litigation Attorneys by adding a Litigation Associate Attorney with 3-7 years of experience to join our growing White Plains office.
Successful Candidate
A self-starter with a strong work ethic and organizational skills. Excellent oral and written communication skills are essential for this position. Must be a team player genuinely interested in working in a supportive, collaborative environment.
Candidate should have experience in all phases of litigation including but not limited to drafting pleadings, motions, and discovery demands, taking depositions, conducting hearings and trials. Employment and labor law experience is a plus.
What you will need to have:
- Juris Doctor degree (J.D.) from an accredited law school
- Licensed to practice law in New York
- State and federal court litigation experience
- 3-7 years of experience in Litigation
- Must be detail and deadline oriented
- Demonstrated ability to be flexible and prioritize work tasks in an effective manner
- Strong oral and written advocacy A writing sample will be requested prior to any interview.
- Excellent analytical, problem solving, and decision-making skills
- ADR and administrative tribunal experience a plus
- Proficiency in MS Office and Outlook
Salary commensurate with experience.
Salary Range: $125k-$140k
