A day in the life as a "Call Center Representative" includes researching and resolving account inquiries, monitoring and maintaining online services including e-statements and online banking, processing regular reports, working with team members in other departments, distributing online loan applications, and cross selling credit union products and services.
You will work a full time schedule within the Call Center hours of Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 6:00 pm and Saturday, 9:00 am to 1:00 pm.
