What are the responsibilities and job description for the Contact Center Representative - Remote in Illinois position at KO Business Solutions?
KO Business Solutions is looking for Contact Center Representatives to support a variety of projects. This position supports outbound calling and texting projects for various clients of KO Business Solutions. Individuals interested in this position need to have the ability to adapt to new projects each week and provide excellent customer service.
Pay Rate: $16/hr
*Hours may fluctuate weekly, some weeks there is a need for overtime and other weeks could be less than 40 hours.
The Contact Center Representative will be responsible for the
following:
- Utilize CRM system to access call list.
- Provide coverage and be proficient in supporting multiple clients.
- Accurately read through scripts to consumers and manage
professional conversations.
- Maneuver through difficult conversation by using
customer service skills to deescalate calls.
- Enter appropriate data into multiple systems.
- Maintain daily, weekly and monthly goals as required by
management.
