Acadia Dermatology is now hiring! We are a dermatology practice in Ellsworth, ME looking for a Mohs Histotechnician. Full and part-time opportunities available. Duties:
*To work independently processing and preparing slides intraoperatively during Mohs surgery
*Organize slides, charts, and files as needed
*Keep lab up-to-date with OSHA and CLIA regulations
*Clean and sterilize lab as needed
Requirements:
*No prior experience or training required. Bachelor's degree or 60 undergraduate semester hours with 24 in science courses preferred. Prior experience as a Mohs tech would be great!
*Will potentially train the right person from scratch. Training period will apply.
*Full-time employment available if willing to also work as a medical assistant or medical receptionist
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $17.00 - $23.00 per hour
