A Small Parts Lead is a professional responsible for overseeing the inventory and distribution of parts within an organization. This role requires a strong understanding of the supply chain, inventory management, and logistics. The Small Parts Lead ensures that all parts are properly cataloged, stored, and distributed to meet the needs of the organization. They also work closely with other departments to ensure that parts are available when needed and that any issues with parts are resolved quickly.
The Small Parts Lead is also responsible for managing a team of parts specialists or associates. This includes training new employees, assigning tasks, and ensuring that all team members are meeting their performance goals. The Small Parts Lead must be able to communicate effectively with team members, as well as with other departments within the organization. They must also be able to manage their time effectively and prioritize tasks to ensure that all parts are properly managed.

- Inventory counts and data entry.
- Perform inspections of jobs leaving warehouse.
- Record data on Excel Direct team and ensure jobs are complete and ready to be handed over to shipping.
- High School diploma or GED
- 2-years Inventory Experience
- Previous fast paced manufacturing experience preferred but not required
- Cycle Counts
- Physical year end cycle counts
- Forklift
